Every truck in your shop, on one board.

ProBay is software for commercial truck repair shops. Drivers check in from their phone, service writers track every truck on one live board, mechanics log work from the bay, and customers pay by EFS, card or ACH.

How a truck moves through ProBay

ProBay follows a truck from the moment the driver pulls in to the day the fleet looks up the invoice. Each part works on its own, and all of them share one record of the visit.

  1. Driver check-in

The driver scans a code at the door and checks in from their phone with the unit number, mileage, the problem and photos. No clipboard and no line at the counter.

  2. Valet and yard

The valet app records who has the keys and where each truck is parked, so anyone can find a truck in the yard or move it into a bay.

  3. Service writer board

Every truck shows up on one live board. Service writers build the estimate, send it to the driver or fleet, and see the approval come back.

  4. Mechanic app

Mechanics open the work order on a tablet, clock their time, add parts and take photos of what they found.

  5. Payment

Customers pay by EFS, card or ACH, and the shop releases the truck once the invoice is paid.

  6. Fleet portal

Fleets see the status of their trucks at the shop, approve work and look up repair history. Drivers get a reminder when their next service is due.

About ProBay

ProBay LLC is a Delaware company. It was started by the people behind a 24/7 commercial truck repair shop, who wanted to stop running the shop on whiteboards, paper tickets and phone calls.

ProBay is in development and being tested in working shops. Shops and fleets that want early access can reach us here.
